1. Product Assembly & Installation

The bathroom vanities, cabinets, and related products (collectively, "Products") sold by BEINGNEXT INC are designed for customer installation. The buyer assumes full and sole responsibility for the final assembly, installation, and secure mounting of all Products.

  • Assembly: Most Products require assembly. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the provided instruction manual precisely, using all supplied hardware and appropriate tools.

  • Installation & Wall-Mounting CRITICAL NOTICE: Proper installation into a structurally sound wall is essential for safety, especially for wall-mounted vanities.

    • Wall Requirement: Wall-mounted cabinets MUST be installed into solid, load-bearing walls (e.g., wood studs, concrete, brick) capable of supporting the fully loaded weight of the Product. Installation into hollow walls, drywall alone, plasterboard, or any other non-structural surface is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in a dangerous installation that may cause the Product to detach, leading to property damage, product damage, and serious personal injury.

    • Professional Installation Recommended: We strongly recommend that installation be performed by a qualified professional contractor or handyman who can verify wall integrity, locate studs, and ensure a secure, level, and safe installation. BEINGNEXT INC is not responsible for determining wall suitability or for any improper installation.

2. Limitations of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEINGNEXT INC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, INTERNS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM:

  • The improper assembly, installation, or mounting of any Product.

  • Failure to follow assembly instructions, safety warnings, or the recommendation for professional installation.

  • Installation into an unsuitable wall or structure.

  • Any modification, misuse, or neglect of the Product.

  • Incorrect assessment of wall type, strength, or suitability.

3. Product Use & Maintenance

  • The Products are designed for indoor residential bathroom use only.

  • Ensure the Product is used on a level, stable floor (for floor-standing models) or is securely attached to a load-bearing wall (for wall-mounted models).

  • Do not exceed the stated weight capacity. Distribute weight evenly.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture beyond normal bathroom humidity. Use bathroom exhaust fans to ventilate.

  • Clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

All Products are sold "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty, express or implied, except as may be explicitly stated in a separate, written Manufacturer's Warranty provided with the product. BEINGNEXT INC specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By purchasing and accepting delivery of the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Legal Disclaimer. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring the Product is assembled and installed correctly and safely, and that the installation surface is structurally adequate.
