Return & Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at ceo@beingnext-kb.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via FedEx or UPS, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or using an unauthorized shipping label will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

• We provide free return shipping via a prepaid FedEx or UPS return label for all accepted returns.

• A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and inspection costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for: perishable goods, custom/personalized items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We accept returns on sale items — all regular return conditions apply.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed (minus the 5% restocking fee) to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
