Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship all orders via FedEx or UPS, selecting the most reliable and cost-effective service based on your location and package details. The specific carrier and service level (e.g., Ground, Express) will be indicated on your tracking information.
3. Split Shipments
To ensure the fastest and safest delivery, items from a single order may be shipped in multiple packages. This may occur when products are sourced from different warehouses or due to size/weight constraints. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for international orders. We are not liable for any delays once the package is in the carrier's possession.
6. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your items, as well as the shipping speed you select. You will see the final shipping charge before completing your purchase.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping will be at the customer's expense.
8. International Orders (if applicable)
While we primarily serve the United States, we may accept international orders to select countries. For international shipments:

We accurately declare the value of the goods on customs forms. Providing false information is illegal.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
BEINGNEXT is not liable for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please:

Check with household members, neighbors, or secure delivery locations.

Contact your local post office or carrier's local depot with the tracking number.

If the package is still missing, file a claim directly with the carrier (FedEx/UPS). We will provide necessary proof of shipment to assist you.
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately at ceo@beingnext-kb.com with photos of the damaged package and contents. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get a replacement sent to you as soon as possible.
10. Changes & Cancellations
You may request to change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at ceo@beingnext-kb.com. We will accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once an order is being prepared for shipment, it cannot be changed or canceled.
