Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship all orders via FedEx or UPS, selecting the most reliable and cost-effective service based on your location and package details. The specific carrier and service level (e.g., Ground, Express) will be indicated on your tracking information.
3. Split Shipments
To ensure the fastest and safest delivery, items from a single order may be shipped in multiple packages. This may occur when products are sourced from different warehouses or due to size/weight constraints. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s), the carrier (FedEx or UPS), and a link to track your package. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
5. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Economy/Standard: 5-8 business days
- Expedited: 2-5 business days
- Total Delivery Time: Processing Time + Transit Time

6. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your items, as well as the shipping speed you select.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping will be at the customer's expense.
8. International Orders
While we primarily serve the United States, we may accept international orders to select countries. You are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
BEINGNEXT is not liable for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately at ceo@beingnext-kb.com with photos of the damaged package and contents.
10. Changes & Cancellations
You may request to change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at Service@beingnext-kb.com. Once an order is being prepared for shipment, it cannot be changed or canceled.
